VERSIONS OF TRUTH

small town America. we are everywhere.
blink, and you will miss us.

truth is what each one of us
decides what truth is.
each to our own versions.
and that' the only truth
worth crowing about.

but, not to worry;
history will sort it out.
by then, however, truth
will have been rewritten 
until truth blurs 
in misty revolution. 
and then, finally, 
dies a natural death. 


a disquieting, of sorts.
similar to death, but
with twist of pure magic
of hearing death lurking.
question now:
lurking for whom?


pretense of being
reaching on'e outer limits
crashing up, over and through

MOTIVATION

humans need motivation. without motivation, humans stagnate. stagnation breeds madness. madness: burning, burning bright. what magnificence! sunrise! sunset! eloquence of such loveliness. ride high in spirit of the mind. then there are those folks either unable to read a map, or unwilling to read a map. no, much to simple, when something so simple can be turned into something so confusing and absolutely frustrating. maps show one road leading from point A to point B. following road makes it almost impossible getting lost. now, these folks use step by step, computerized directions and become hopelessly lost. it is at times like these, find it quite refreshing having a  good loud scream! look at a freaking map, people? cannot get any easier than that. okay, then, have had that scream. feeling much better.  retreating into one's self and finding comfort there is, indeed, greatest of all comfor

NEUROTIC
