MOTIVATION

humans need motivation.

without motivation, humans stagnate.

stagnation breeds madness.

madness: burning, burning bright.

what magnificence! sunrise! sunset!

eloquence of such loveliness.

ride high in spirit of the mind.

then there are those folks

either unable to read a map,

or unwilling to read a map.

no, much to simple, when

something so simple can be

turned into something so confusing

and absolutely frustrating.

maps show one road

leading from point A to point B.

following road makes

it almost impossible getting lost.

now, these folks use step by step,

computerized directions and

become hopelessly lost.

it is at times like these, find it

quite refreshing having a 

good loud scream!

look at a freaking map, people?

cannot get any easier than that.

okay, then, have had that scream.

feeling much better. 

retreating into one's self

and finding comfort there

is, indeed, greatest of all comforts

and will only grow greater,

as the years grow shorter.

with one cannot keep them constant,

one should, at least keep them happy.

they won't thank us for it,

but they won't spank us, either.

just another way to stay in touch

with each other and them, also.

ghoulish events keeping us suspenseful.

who did what to whom and why?

no to immune one's immunity.

or turn simple tabby cat to lion.

yet stranger things have happened,

and will continue doing so

as long as folks like us are willing

to manipulate words

whether good, bad or indifferent.
